We are seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to join our growing Preconstruction Services team. This role will support both the Construction Estimator and the Preconstruction Project Manager in their efforts to manage bids and proposals efficiently. The Preconstruction Coordinator will be responsible for gathering and distributing information to subcontractors, collecting bids, and ensuring that all bids are qualified. The role also involves conducting site visits when necessary and coordinating various project details across multiple teams.
Gallant is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our growing Preconstruction Services team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is critical to project success and client trust, working closely with Business Development, Operations, subcontractors, and clients. At Gallant, estimating goes beyond pricing. It means helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
