Facility Maintenance

What types of commercial maintenance services do you provide?

Gallant provides full-spectrum commercial facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, concrete, asphalt, roofing, ADA compliance, signage, and more.

Yes. We help clients implement preventative maintenance to reduce emergencies, extend asset life, and plan capital improvements. We build each program around your facility type and budget.

Our service level agreement includes a 4-hour emergency arrival window, with an average on-site time of 1 to 2 hours. We’re available 24/7/365 for critical facility issues.
