President As President and Owner, Jim Stahl sets Gallant’s direction and tone, leading with the Core Values of Serve Others, Do the Right Thing, Find a Way. He is committed to building strong relationships, keeping processes simple, and investing in people. Jim began his career at Gallant after earning his Construction Technology degree from Ball State University, later gaining experience with Walgreen Company and Jones Lang LaSalle while earning his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. In 2020, he returned to Gallant to carry forward the foundation built by those before him. From his early days working with his father in construction to leading teams that serve Fortune 50 clients, Jim has seen every side of the industry. His greatest fulfillment comes from delivering consistent results for clients and watching the Gallant team grow as people and professionals.
